Timeline for Group Rating Quotes

June - January: Authorization (AC-3) forms can be sent to V&A requesting quotation

October: Companies which previously sent AC-3 forms will begin to receive their quotes)

February 10: V&A must have signed forms to ensure participation

February 28: All material must be submitted by V&A to the BWC

July 1: Rates begin for payroll reporting period 7/1 - 6/30
